We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workshop performance, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop and maintenance operations
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team and technicians
• Ensure quality control and adherence to service standards
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency
• Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Coordinate with parts and service departments
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair jobs
• Implement safety policies and best practices
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports

Job Details:

• Language Requirement: English (Required)
• Experience: 5+ years in automotive maintenance, with leadership experience
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, technical expertise, and strong communication skills
