We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workshop performance, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction while meeting business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop and maintenance operations
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team and technicians
- Ensure quality control and adherence to service standards
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Coordinate with parts and service departments
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair jobs
- Implement safety policies and best practices
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Job Details:

- Experience: 5+ years in automotive maintenance, with leadership experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
